ZPO w Jaworzni is a public institution with 286 pupils aged 3-16. There is a nursery and 8 years primary school. School is located in a village, in a semi-rural area in central Poland, ÅšwiÄ™tokrzyskie province. Children of different religions as well as some disabled ones take part equally in school life. The area is economically disadvantaged, located in special economic zone. We would like to work international groups, with the use of modern tools, share our experiences and get the new ones, as this is the only way for sustainable development of school and fulfilling its long-term European Development Plan. Our government appreciates innovation at schools and offers support to this project. Key persons: MaÅ‚gorzata Czekaj-the school headmaster. As the school manager will be responsible to create the right conditions and manage the overall process of the project • Iwona Zalewska Lech -the school project coordinator, who has been working in the field of education for 19 years. The coordinator for this project has experience in Erasmus Plus KA1, KA219 and KA229 projects conducted successfully at another school before got employed here and one KA229 at this school, as main coordinator, in subject of ecology. Has big experience in eTwinning projects gained at school in Piekoszów, which would like to apply also to school in Jaworznia. Will carry out the project at school, cooperate and share experience for proper project realization in the partnership, ensure communication of participants with all partners, help with managing risks ; • Zbigniew Surdyka - English Lg Teachers, will carry on tasks planned to be done in English and suport students’ communication in English, will also support organization of social events and parents – school cooperation, implement to project Twinspace. This year our school has been equipped in new computer lab, founded by local government, as one of our aims in school development plan is to involve students in project works with WEB 2.0 tools. With this project, we aim to enrich school curriculum with additional tasks conducted in innovative way, in international partnership and enable school society to benefit from cooperation at EU level. We will implement the European dimension into school activities, introduce a modern system of educating, promote sustainability. We will contribute to high quality of work of the partnership sharing our experience and managing whole project process. We pay special attention to implementing project works into schools curricula and engage whole school societies into actions. School has eTwinning label to project https://live.etwinning.net/projects/project/176274 , also coordinator Iwona Zalewska Lech got European Quality Label for project "eTwinning & Erasmus+ Bus. Α passport to the future" with her second school of work and is well prepared to manage eTwinning in this partnership.
